Songs for Gifts is an AI-powered gift service that composes a personalised song based on a few details about the person receiving it. You describe who they are and the occasion, choose a vibe, optionally add a photo, and we generate a song made for them in about two minutes. You receive a downloadable MP3 (plus an MP4 video if you added a photo) and a shareable link to send to the recipient.
A personalised song is 49 SEK (Swedish kronor), inclusive of VAT. If you're outside Sweden, Stripe will show the equivalent amount in your local currency at checkout — you pay in your currency and we settle in SEK. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. You pay once per song, after listening to a free 30-second preview to confirm you like it. Payment is processed by Stripe.

Yes. Songs for Gifts uses AI to compose every song. Every song carries a SynthID watermark provided by Google for provenance — an imperceptible audio signal that confirms it was AI-generated. We disclose this clearly on every song's share page.
Yes. Every order generates a 30-second preview that you listen to before paying. If you do not like the song, you can discard it and start over — at no cost. We only charge once you check the EU consumer-rights waiver and click Buy. The preview-then-buy flow exists exactly so you can hear the song before committing.
Every paid song is delivered as a standard MP3 audio file (up to 3 minutes, no DRM). If you uploaded a photo, you also receive a standard MP4 video — vertical 9:16 ratio, MP3 audio with the photo as a still frame — ideal for sharing on Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, or iMessage. Both formats work on any modern phone, computer, or media player without special software.
No — Songs for Gifts is a one-off purchase: no account, no password, no subscription, and no marketing emails. Just describe the recipient, create the song, and pay. After payment you get a private link to share with the recipient and to come back to your song — it's in your payment receipt too, so you won't lose it.
After payment you receive a private share link (URL like songsforgifts.com/s/...). Send it to the recipient via WhatsApp, iMessage, email, or any channel you like. They click the link, land on a branded page that plays the song, and can download it. Stripe also emails you a receipt that includes the share link, so you can find it again later if you lose the tab.
Yes for your own use, no for resale. Your paid song is licensed for your own use — gifting it, sharing on social media, playing it in your own podcasts or videos, or using it in small-business contexts like a marketing campaign or an employee gift. What you cannot do is resell or redistribute the song itself as a standalone musical work — for example, uploading it to Spotify under your own name, listing it on stock-music marketplaces, or sublicensing it to third parties. Copyright ownership of AI-generated music is an evolving legal area, so we do not guarantee exclusive copyright.
Yes. Songs for Gifts is operated by Stellar Ally AB, a Swedish company, and is fully GDPR-compliant. Your data is stored in the EU (Google Cloud, Frankfurt region). We never sell your data and never use it to train AI models. Personal context and photos are deleted automatically: 72 hours after generation for unpaid songs, 60 days after payment for paid songs.
Discard it and start over — no charge. The preview-then-buy flow means you only pay when you click Buy and check the waiver. If you are not happy with the song, you can submit a new order with different inputs.
